Lindsey & Jarin are the type of couple that make being in love look natural and effortless. Their interactions are so sweet and genuine and it was really a treat to get to capture some of those moments for them. Jarin is in the Army and was out of the state just up until their wedding in May, and left again soon after. He and Lindsey squeezed this session in during his brief visit home last week and I’m SO glad they did!
I’ve had the honor of documenting this precious family since their own parenting journey began, and I am so excited for Jake & Missy to welcome their second little boy into the world, and for sweet Alexander to become a big brother. Missy, my wish for you today is that you’ll soak up these last few weeks as a family of three, savoring the small moments that will forever be changed once Baby Boy #2 makes his appearance. When he does arrive, he will change your world - only for the better.
Karmen & Devin celebrated the most beautiful wedding day at the Mason Jar Gathering Barn, a Pacific Northwest wedding venue tucked away on the rolling prairie of Onalaska, Washington. Before making their getaway in a gorgeous 55 Chevy Convertible, they were sent off in true newlywed style through a tunnel of sparklers surrounded by friends and family!
If you’ve been to McMenamins before, you know it’s the perfect place for an epic party that can last for days and will be remembered for a lifetime. That’s what made this destination such a great spot for Lindsey & Jarin’s wedding! They were eager to celebrate with their closest family and friends and wanted to make sure their guests would enjoy themselves to the fullest. It’s safe to say they delivered on all counts!
Tracey & Steven have the sweetest love story. They met in first grade and after an enduring friendship that turned into romance, they officially became husband and wife on December 1st, 2018. It could not have been a more gorgeous winter wedding.

They’ve been friends since the first grade, and he was her first kiss - waiting at the bus stop in FOURTH GRADE! At that time, she still thought he had cooties, but their friendship eventually grew into more and soon they’ll be husband and wife!
Living in the Pacific Northwest means it might be sunny when I leave for a session and pouring down rain when I arrive 15 minutes later! The good news is our memories of the moments that matter most are beautiful regardless of the weather.
